Red Catuai

Our Red Catuai is carefully selected and roasted by Trader Cafe in Northfield. Specific variety of Arabica cross between Caturra and Mundo Novo, this is well balanced with notes of chocolaty, gentle fruity, sweetness, floral and nut, in a clear and light body. This coffee is wash-processed in honey method. It is a clean cup giving good mouthfeel with equal part of sweet, subtle flower and fruit finish. In short, it is like common coffee, but a better version. I believe it is particularly suitable for traditional coffee drinkers. In clean body, not a strong coffee, it goes well in black.
