The Honduras was carefully selected and roasted by Trader Cafe in Northfield. Washed processed, a clean cup in velvety taste has the notes of complex and lively acidity, soft body and smooth finish. Of its complexity it naturally goes well with filter brewing. The soft body empowers milk-based espresso drink.
