Yigacheffee
Our Yigacheffe was carefully selected and roasted by Trader Cafe in Northfield. With clear and distinct characteristics, it is a highland-grown coffee of attitude 1600-2200M and natural, light roasted, clean body, Yigacheffe demonstrates bright acidity with notes of caramel, highly fragrant, floral aroma in wine-like tone. Literally one can smell its flower aroma, likeable by many in hand-brewing, V60, chemex, and/ or any other filtered methods for its distinct characteristics in black, though it may be the same lovable in flat white or cappuccino.
