The Peru was carefully selected and roasted by Trader Cafe in Northfield. Bittersweet, roasted nut, cocoa and complex-flavours. Peru is very good and suitable for cafeteria, and filtered coffee machine. This is a medium bodied coffee, and good to go with or without milk.
