Ethiopia
The Ethiopia was carefully selected and roasted by Trader Cafe in Northfield. It is a premium gourmet coffee coming from Southern west region where the environment is suitable for high grade coffee. The cup is very clean, bright, highly fragrant, and full of rich flavours. It has notes of high fruitiness, berry with flowery flavors of Jasmine. It is strong full-bodied, good for espresso or filtered without milk.
