* Coffee Beans - 14 Days Refund Policy. We aim at 100% customer satisfaction. For any reason you don't like our coffee, just send it back to us in original packing. We will refund to you accordingly. We do not ask reason. (Note: Buyer pays return postage. We paid sending postage already. Fair enough?)

** Coffee Training - we do not provide refund once booking/payment is confirmed. Training course is running on reservation with limited space. Confirmed booking limits us to resell as time passes. In other words, your purchase is final once you make a payment.
