Course Date Change Admin Fee
This is the admin fee for the change of course date, arrangment.
Description of Admin Fee: After course booking we reserve a spot and allocate resources to ensure a quality learning experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule course date when possible. This admin fee covers the cost of administrative work, arrangement, as well as card and terminal fees associated with the change. Please note that the course fee is non-refundable once booked as our terms, and the ability to change the course date is contingent upon availability and requires the agreement of AST. By paying this fee, you help us maintain the high standard of our offerings, even when adjustments are necessary.
* Please note, only one change of course date is permitted per booking to maintain fairness and resource availability. Your payment signifies your agreement to these terms, and any change is valid only upon the agreed date of payment completion.
