Barista Training in Birmingham

Our July to September 2026 course schedule is now open for enrolment at Coffee Trainer, SCA AST based in Birmingham.

Over the coming months, we will be running a range of SCA coffee courses designed for both beginners and coffee professionals looking to develop their skills further. Alongside the new schedule, we are also offering limited flash sale pricing on selected courses during this period.

For those starting their coffee journey, our Introduction to Coffee course is a great way to explore coffee from origin to cup, including processing, roasting, brewing, and tasting. We will also continue delivering Barista Skills Foundation and Brewing Foundation courses, ideal for developing practical coffee knowledge and essential café skills.

For more experienced baristas and brewers, our Intermediate courses focus on refining espresso preparation, workflow, brewing control, extraction, and recipe development through hands-on training and guided assessments.

All courses are delivered face-to-face in Birmingham by an authorised SCA AST, with small class sizes to encourage discussion and practical learning.
