We use premium grade of Brazil Santos, this is a great high quality Brazil coffee, which is soft, nutty, low acid, with nice bittersweet chocolate tastes. A good Brazil coffee always good to go straight with espresso machine. Santos is a strong, full bodied coffee, and it is good to go with milk and sugar.
